If he is a puppet he is a puppet for the people like all mayors should be. A mayor isn't an admin his role isn't to help everyone it is to help the community thrive. A puppet for the people? A mayor is a leader, and a leader leads. They don't act for other to please them. They make their own decisions that they think is best for the people. If Papa is glad you say the things you do, then he agrees that he is a puppet for the people? That does not seem like a mayoral quality at all. As for paying people. I pay those who show their support. I will do anything I can to become mayor and then I WILL be this unbiased man of men I claim to be. I will make the community better.
