Something big happened on 3/30/18 2:57 PM PST and that was news that I'll not only saying goodbye to PSD but I would also be losing my family within Pandahut. For many outlaws, this might have come as good news but I'm not here today to talk about how great PSD was at stopping crime or anything of that sort, rather what led to the demise of PSD and shown light on some of the most manipulative players that reside in PH RP at the moment.
The culprits:
Mattcobra: This has player had his ups and downs both as a player and his short-lived moments as staff. But I want to show you that he has hit a new low in my book and maybe some other people's after reading what his motives are. He seemed like any other officer within the PSD and that was proud of their job and hard working and most recently he was awarded commander for his commitment. But there was a darker side to his story and that how he and his accomplices orchestrated the death of PSD. I will go into detail with evidence on why this in the evidence part.
Duke II: This another player who has had his ups and downs and was involved with a lot of controversies but instead all revolved around the elections and if you disagree with me well all I can say have fun living in a world full of lies and illusions. So let me get this straight this player is probably the most manipulative player you will probably see in your stay PH. Don't believe just take a look at his all his campaign material from the past and even the most recent ones which promote him and the video which talks about Cookie's extensive ban history. I will also explain in detail how he is involved in this ordeal but let me ask you this, is Duke II really running in a fictional world to become a Mayor who is there for the people or is he a player with a big ego who treat each the mayor role as some trophy and collects for a hobby? I let you know straight away that I agree with the latter.
The evidence:
To give readers an idea of how long this plan to kill PSD has been going let me show an outline of the timeframe.
1. June 27 Matt confronts me about him and some other unnamed players will be leaving PSD to make the FBI group.
2. July 16 3:09 PM Duke reveals that the transfer of 155,000 credits has been Made to PSD.
3.July 30 2:26 AM - 2:37 AM PST Needless, Mattcobra, and Jack resigns from the PSD.
4. July 30 2:29 AM PST announces that he is taking a break from Captain. (Keep in mind the taking break is the most important part here)
5. July 30 2:27 PM PST Klockmann announces under the decisions of the now Ex- sheriff of PSD Captain Yoseph that PSD will be closed.
6. July 30 3:19 PM PST Duke announces after only 23 minutes of PSD is closed that and that Mayor's office has expected this for many weeks and put into place Matt's FBI group as the new official PD of PEI and awards them with 100k bamboo. (maybe more into the future)
*I want point over the course people were leaving due to other things but not enough to the point where PSD couldn't exist.
For the first event in the time frame, Matt and some others have been trying to get FBI division to the PSD but said but one person stayed persistent, Matt, about the matter. Then during the elections, Matt talked to me about how he was going to form the FBI group with some others which can be seen in the following screenshot.

The average person would be like what a good deed this mayor is doing but that's where you are wrong. Though many players often state PSD isn't getting money that they don't need well that's where most of you are wrong and it is really expensive to keep a group like this fully funded. Duke would of knowing the financial crisis that PSD was facing coming into Duke's term especially considering he was in the PSD's discord a month prior to that as vice mayor and had access to our "database" so to say that included our financial transaction such as wages. In order to pay our debts to the officers so speak, we need roughly a 300k to pay for all the missing wages. The 100k that was just given to the PSD may not have helped reach the 300k but 250k is some that could easily have made adjustments with having the sheriffs not get the was wages for weeks which could have been easily managed. Whether this was intentional or not this shows how ignorant Duke is having a whole month prior to elections to know our needs.
The third event shows the now current core members of FBI leave the PSD which really isn't a problem at first but when it is done in a way which is intended to finish of PSD and so that those mentioned people could lead their own group in place of it.
I'm going to address the last 3 events together as it will make sense together.
Klockmann gives an announcement that PSD will be closing down for the time being.
and I said in timeline shortly after Duke makes a post regarding PSD closing down which is
The group that Duke had prepared the whole time for a group to take over in an incident like this just happened to be Matt's group the FBI. So Matt left the group along with the others on the basis that PSD was on its death bed which it wasn't really until him and the gang as they were some of the higher rankings with Matt himself being a commander in the PSD. While Matt going on break captain really isn't a bad thing (found here: https://pandahut.net/forums/viewtopic.p ... 76#p144776 ) him playing with those who trusted him is the worst. He went on the break only to come back immediately knowing that PSD shutdown equals him being the leader of his own group.
This was the state of PSD the moment it was shut down. This doesn't show any signs of a dead or inactive group but rather this shows the Higher ranking people who left and planned this decimated their ability to manage in such short notice of all the people leaving quick succession all because Matt wanted to have something called FBI. ( Duke don't think your innocent from this either I know you played a part in this)
This wasn't in made hopes of getting anyone banned or get them warned cause their actions don't violate any rules from what I have seen.
Also, the staff team who rush to lock this with the explanation that is causing drama to let me ask have you not made the connection that the drama or started people like this. How many Post have you had to lock for drama that involved Duke and there was one just locked July 29th that's yesterday. There is a reason soo many drama cases have Duke involved it's not random there is reason player constantly get in arguments with him have you seen his most recent videos? Have none of realized this guy literally only plays when its election time or when he plans running. I'm most likely gonna get in trouble for making this post but I'm not gonna watch all this bullshit happen in the community lying down.
Important message to those aspiring to become an officer or currently looking to join a PD doesn't join FBI which ironically exist due to corruption. Make your own group or just patrol with friends or become an outlaw since the legitimacy of police of this term and maybe the following term is in serious question.
