As a Minister Of Defence it does matter ^^
Ps. It is always smart if you mainly play as an officer to announce it. If you get caught with 30 berries on you but you were a bandit at that moment of time you can not get demoted by a police captain.
For example, if someone takes a screenshot of a /checkplayer of you (wile being in possession of 30 berries) then you can rely on this post stating you were on a brake. So, if the person who reports you does not have any evidence what his role was our when this screenshot was taken, then there can not be any punichments given.
