I think Horde Beacons should be allowed on Pandahut RP servers. They can be bothersome to craft, but they can bring a high reward not only money, but also gear. I believe that bring Horde Beacons to RP server would make everyone happy. I know that horde beacons can make people lag, but that is why I have given them someone down below.

RULES!
1. They CAN'T be bought from the economy shop by ANY role. (They can only be crafted)
2. There Can't be more than one placed at the same time. (RP Mods will have to make sure of this)
3. Cop should be allowed to arrest someone if they have a horde beacon, because you use explosives to craft it.
4. there should be a /Hordebeacon command added that tells people where the horde beacon is, police of any rank should be allowed to try to kill you after the 60 seconds is up.
P.S. There should be an arena/city made for just Horde Beacons.

There can always be a plugin for those who want to spawn a horde beacon. It would be a KOS, it is the player's fault they were near the Horde Beacon. CallMeOneShot you got my +1. This will make the players of RP unite instead of trying to be on the alert of being kidnapped or robbed.

Why do you think they where denied on a first time? supose i'm in #10, i go to washingtong and place one at seattle, all are going to get killed, and its not their fault to be at the huge city in search of rp, as a mod i'm 100% sure these will make more kos

I mean, I can see your point, but just like when someone is calling a raid, everyone in the area dies. Same goes for a Horde Beacon, lots of people in the area will die. That's why in a raid, there is a warning in chat that highlights in pink that everyone steps away or participates. If players want Horde Beacons, we can force a rule that players must announce that he/she is placing a Horde Beacon.

The thing is these zombies will wipe bases as well. What's to stop me from placing a beacon inside someone else's base just to destroy it.
