The only real talk that anyone can have about the Blackhats is how delusional they are. Everyone in their group are constantly being banned and harrasing other players but they don’t understand why everyone hates them and think that “being good” for a couple of days will fix everything. They raid hundreds of bases without caring about the damage they are doing to other players but when their base gets raided, they throw a temper tantrum and compain saying its not fair.

Well, Ben , you do know the consequences of being a bandit, especially when you are workin for a group , Its hard tbh, Well here is my opinion based on both Police force and Bandits
FBI Perspective (To Ben ) :
Well here is my question, You do know all the after effects of being a bandit and u intentionally put ur loot and ur life on the line for BH , Tbh u gotta Blame BH for ur loot / RP life and Safety, You don't have to do this tbh , You can change ya role or the stuffs that u do for ur group , you can be a good guy by doing normal stuff like selling things or building houses/shops or do any other general activities, I know it isn't safe to have houses / shops cuz it might get raided by someone , well to avoid these things u can buy an sentry if possible or store ya stuff in vault ( if u are any rank holder ), If u are common guy then u gotta take ya stuff with u when u log off and leave ya shop open, so that people won't raid ya shop , IDK why are u talkin about group tbh If a group is said to be toxic, it's obivously gonna be aimed by both Police as well as the Society, This is because toxic activites can bring negative impression to both old as well as new players , So this is gonna make a huge difference in RP when u are the Bad Guy or the Guy from a Bad Group

Bandits Perspective :
But If you take this question to a different perspective, we do see that there are lot of bandits rising up due to cops, I say this becoz the way cops act in 13 are bit aggressive tbh , some have become bad cuz they wanna take revenge against a particular officer/group who wrecked em , FBI got good skillful officers tbh , Most of em got a lot of experience , But some of the new recruits I guess, I m not sure, as well as the common cop at times, become rude to the citizens, They either charge people a lot of bamboos or they jail em for a long period of time, This can trigger the citizens and can lead to wars such as - FBIvsBH, PSDvsBlood and much more Events that can change Pandahut History

Moreover, I find their ‘you rely on us’ point hilarious. Let me break down how the Police work on 13. To us, you’re just number and like every other gang - think about PSD. We went through 5 gangs this year and we didn’t treat any of them differently. That’s the FBI’s view point too.

Hell, we don’t even need an enemy gang - as long as there’s people to arrest and raid were already pretty entertained and any old gang could take their place and we seriously wouldn’t care.

At the end of the day, we don’t rely on the black hats. They might rely on us, but we don’t rely on them.
