Make having more than 10 of any contraband item a kill warrantable offence
Make military clothing illegal under the title terrorism
Make corruption with valid evidence illegal
Reformat the laws so that it will divide crimes between small,medium and high.
Make evading arrest from a medium crime a kill warrantable offence
Make attempted bribery a kill warrantable offence

Why do you think military clothing should be illegal? Sounds stupid. Military armor and helmets and armor provide good protection from bullets. do you feel that you deserve more protection than the citizens? a law like that is pointless. What good will it do? You sound like a dictator.

IRL, do civilians walk around in full military uniform? RCMPs can't dress up in military uniform so why should civilians get that privilege?
