Hey Pandas,

We have conducted an investigation on this ballot's results and although a lot of new forum accounts cast their votes, we have found no conclusive evidence of vote manipulation. Counting out the new account votes, the result is unchanged. And so we are happy to announce Matt Cobra as the new Mayor of PEI!
