I was banned from the discord for "blackmailing another player into keeping quiet about bans/previous actions." I'd agree with this if it were true, but it's not true, and you don't know the full story.

Code: Select allBat-kat has been constantly making toxic comments towards me and others in-game, on discord, and even on the forums. I got pissed at him because he's been trying to constantly get me banned when I've never done anything to him. He's been constantly targeting me since November-December without stopping. If you go to the rpstaff section of the Official Pandahut Discord, you'll see that he was making very obvious attempts to get me banned. All I did was tell him that I'm filing a player report, and that it's pathetic that he can't stay out of his own business. Thank you for reading this, and have a great day.

You recently reached out to me in a private message through the forums, as I explained to you the ban was not issues by me, but from Miku. You did THREATEN and the player that you would report them as found here. We deem this action as blackmail as you are saying you will be doing so IF said player does not co-operate with how you see fit. This be seen as threatening as well which goes against our Terms of Service as well as our rules. If you had a problem with Bat-kat you were more than welcome to file a player report and or pm a staff member. However instead of contacting us via pms / reports / tagging us or blocking him you decided to say the words above to target the player into being quiet. I do not need to search said channel as neither you nor bat-kat are rpstaff and do not have access to rpstaff.



Your in game ban is due to an excessive amount of bans, OVER 50, YES 50 bans. You seem to not learn our rules, and even tried to apply for staff with your record breaking amount of bans. Had you learned the first 49 times you were banned, you would not be in the situation you are in now. I believe you have also been removed from our discord a number of times as well. This situation just happened to make it the final time for a while that we will allow you to be on our servers. You need to learn our rules and be able to abide by both our Terms of Service / User Agreement and rules. Seeing as how you failed to do both you will not be unbanned at this time.
