What is The Herdinanz Cartel?
The Herdinanz Cartel is a brand new outlaw group that specialises in smuggling drugs and guns. We occasionally will be kidnapping enemies of us i.e rivals that are against us or taking them out with hits. Note that we prefer quality over quantity.

Our aim
The aim of The Herdinanz Cartel is too not take down the fbi (you know it's impossible to take down a police group like that), but to get away with growing drugs, manufacturing and stealing guns, then illegally selling them to our buyer. And if anyone gets in our way to stop us, we'll either kidnap you or take you out (with a hit).
