I had a hit on my head, i got killed a friend tped me back then a random guy came up attempted kos on the hitman (Einsam) and he bleed out, i then began to pick up my shit cause he died. Because half of it was mine, and then joshjf (a superadmin) said nothing about the loot, full auto'd me with a honeybadger. Full on kos.

So, you basically admitted to picking up KoS loot, the only thing that I can really think of that Josh didn't do correctly in this situation was killing you, instead of stripping your inventory.
