If you've received your rank then you should've received the bamboo as well, please bear in mind that you get less bamboo on RP servers than you do on pvp servers. Are you sure you haven't received your payment? If not I will regard this issue further and get it looked into.

I'm not on an RP Server, plus I did not receive ANY bamboo at all. 0 bamboo received.
I received my rank and all the perks besides the bamboo.
