Become a mod

Hi

I'd like to become a moderator on pandahut 8, but when I look trough these applications I sometimes see next to the age of these people 'Permission granted by Ragnas'. Im 16 and i'd like to be mod. Do I have to get permission from anyone to apply?

Yup, they are the only ones who can give permission for applying for global if you are underage.
