Here me out here...if you walked up and started destroying police cars on some street, you'd be arrested on the spot for vandalism, destruction of government property, disturbing the peace, felony charges, and probably a few more things I can't think of off the top of my head. Depending on how much damage you did and also HOW you did it. I feel, it definitely is an arrestable offense, ESPECIALLY as it is a government vehicle, not just civilian.

Now according to the server 10 laws, these are everything g they did wrong:
Disturbing of the peace.
Public Discharge of a low caliber firearm
Inciting Panic
Breaking three or more ticket-able offenses...

Also, Breaking a rule is absolutely arrestable, or ticket-able. It's corrupt and you will most definately be lead to a demotion, but the OPTION to do it IS a valid Roleplay choice. Laws are separate from Rules. A.k.A, I could write a ticket for /ticket (name) 100bb "I don't like your face"
Yes, it is a false ticket...I may not like their face, i am CAPABLE of writing the ticket. It is an actual ticket, they will be on record owe'ing 100BB. But the chances of me being DEMOTED for it, due to corruption of my powers to do this action are VERY high, and likely another higher officer will wipe that ticket. I run the risk of all these things by making that choice to write this ticket. HOWEVER, I CAN BE CORRUPT and WRITE this ticket if i so choose as a officer. It is a VALID option.

Tickets or arrests for ANY REASON are a LAW issue and not a STAFF policed issue.

that all being said, yeah, blowing up cars is a failrp, but it could also be destruction of property and rp issues too. thus warrenting tickets and arrests.
