This is honestly a well-thought-out initiative. The current system really does feel like more of a placeholder than something functional, and I agree—it lacks meaningful impact on RP. Your effort to formalize the process shows a lot of dedication, and having set definitions and templates could definitely help standardize things and reduce confusion. Unfortunately I was totally ghosted by staff after being led to believe for a while that I might actually get this through (with tweaks and feedback, which I was expecting). If by some miracle it was accepted because there's new #10 staff, I'd be willing to help, but that would be it. For me, #10 has been in the rearview mirror for a long time now, same with Unturned in general.
