Yes, the plugin takes your steam id not character, so yes it'll be shared across characters.

I'm a bit confused on how this building is going to work (in RP where you can use the vault) like how are you going to make it and how is it not going to get raided and how will it be the only place you can open the vault

1st question: Simple, we will choose an area on the map where we build a place where /vault can be done (Maybe use the bank?)
2nd question : we will set up a plugin which you can spam as much explosives as you want on the building but it will not destroy.
3rd question: we have it coded in the plugin so only the vault area that we set up allows players to use the vault command, leaving the vault building will just restrict you from using the command.
