Hey guys Loxton back with a few more suggestions

Make a ban section on the forums, every time someone gets banned, that mod/admin will make anouther thread with the ban type, duration, and ban duration. This is so you guys can have a permanent record of bans and if that player was banned before. This should in thery only take 2 mins for that mod/admin to do and will help clear up
abuse and newbie punishments.

Mod training, as you saw I went for trial mod, as soon as I got it there was no mod training therefor at the start I did find it hard, if there was a higher up there with you for a start it would be nice. This should be implemented to clear up any mishaps/wrong ban types/reason and will make it easier to see who has more leadership for future promotions.

Also add forums rules as some people are unclear on what is not allowed and what is. Posting in the wrong forum should be deleted or moved instead of locked, things like that.

This idea would put a lot of stress on staff for virtually no reason. We already have a perm record of bans via our banlist.
