Hello I just got raided on my base, destroyed my Claim Flag, destroyed my police car with tons of Expensive loots. and a Heli
Is there such a Rule. if not could there be a Rule please because it bothers me that they can easily take Heard earned items.

I see this issue bothers you. There is a role called bandit which can call raids on such houses as your (if the raid is not called in chat using /raid "name of place its near" then its called a "false raid" and the user who broke into that base will be dealt with Accordingly). Technically if the raid was called then its legal to break into the base after the raid timer has ended. Please read the rules further to increase your knowledge of this. http://www.pandahut.net/RP/
