Raiding rule suggestion:
Legitimate RP Reason to raid a base? Ex: Einsam mugs Schwartzy, Schwartzy raids Einsam due to Einsam mugging Schwartzy.
This would help bases being constantly raided, since most are raided instantly, this rule would basically stop that. The rule would significantly impact RP in a positive way, it would be more than great if added. New players come on here and go straight into putting hard work into a base for it to be raided 30 minutes later.
This wont be hard to enforce to the new players, but obviously to our older players, but I believe we can enforce this and make the server a lot better.

Should be in the next restart for 13 if approved since RP town is currently a shit show. (More organized towns, less lag, etc)
