MVP+ purchase

I have bought the mvp+ kit but it would appear as if the reserve slots are not activated for me yet. Is there any way to fix that?

The reserved slots are not available on arena servers, and you must have joined every server at least once while having the rank to gain the reserved slot for that server.

They are on all servers, KITPVP, Arena, PVP and RP.
