I think only heros should have it labeled unless its mayor other then that it should be CIV even if you are bandit unless you wanna be a just straight up bandit & let everyone know.

Nah, cz some people will change their name anyway, you're not forced to but if you want to let people know, then you can do so.

Also i was wondering that if i were a bandit and I was trafficing berries and a police officer stopped me would I be able to talk to him for a bit then shoot him in the face and drive off? As I will get arrested or killed if I don't?

Yeah they can kill you if they want to, or they could just leave you alone, depends on the cops. And on the builders part.. I guess it's all about trusting the builder.

And supose i tell the police i want 500 mil bullets to leave the hostages free, once i leave them go, they can kill me?
