I don't think the deputy should be able to call a drug raid, but I believe they should be able to cal a raid if someone is hiding in the base. Ex: I am getting arrested and hide in my base. The deputy should be able to call a raid ONLY to contain or kill me. They should not be able to destroy anything else but doors and windows.
