Marathon Event!
Something never before seen on a Unturned Server! On the 17th of September I will be running a event, this event will start 7pm EST so please all try to be there! As you see in the title this event will be a marathon and you will have to run across Washinton and be as tactical as possible within the boundaries of the track (determined nearer to the date). So max out those running skills and start practicing for the big race!!!
1st Place: 50,000
2nd Place: 25,000
3rd Place: 10,000
This will be brawdcast live on Washinton TV so you better do your best! Cheating of any kind will get you discalified! All pitipants will be followed by a heli to see that they are not cheating.

Players will rate the level if there is a lot of killing, put it as a level 8-9-10.This is really dependent on the amount of killing/how important it is. Don’t make it a 10 so it can get dealt with faster.

YOU MUST BE A COP TO PUT SOMEONE ON THE WANTED LIST, DO NOT ABUSE THIS SYSTEM OR WE WILL FIND OUT. Players will rate the level if there is a very big farm of drugs inside put it as a level 8-9-10.This is really dependent on the amount of drugs/how important it is. Don’t make it a 10 so it can get raided faster.

RP Town
Summerbush has risen again this time, with better facilities and a proper mayor to run it. The past has been resolved and we are looking towards a very, very bright future!!! Regular updates will be posted on this thread so stay tuned!
History Of Summerbush
Around March of 2016, the new admin on #1 role-play Loxtonjoel decided he was bored with the other factions and made his own. He made a small walled compound on Bellevue Golf Course called SummerBush. He hired Muzicman to run the gun shop inside the walls. He hired Candy to run the café, bobguts01 to run the clothing shop, jbundy to run the bank and CMM444 to run security. After a month the town had grown, including a pharmacy (secretly a drug house) and around 15-20 houses outside. After some “remodeling” the inner walls grew to metal fortifications and the players houses on the outside continued to grow. However, a consistent problem forming was crime inside and outside the walls. So the admin CMM444 and player Muzicman formed the militia. A small group of soldiers from the town to enforce the law and protect it from other factions. The original militia consisted of CMM444, Muzicman, JBundy, LaughingLlama, John firtish, and Karran. After a while the map started to grow laggy, thanks to the fact that 90% of the players lived inside of the upper left corner. Then something happened, the map was wiped and switched to PEI instead of Washington. A strange time, the Kengsition/Tignish island was made "New SummerBush" and the newly admined Muzicman and the senior admin CMM444 made a base for the militia one of the newest buildings in the new formed island town. The town started to grow, and the players Rocketman, the wolf squad, gorarie and catnip, and many others moved into the new town.
Along with the new map, alliances change. The TFF had long been in tension with the town and now that they were closer it became worse. Many wanted war, however it never came to that. While the new map grew both in fun and players the founder of the city decided to do something awesome! He made a custom map based off of Washington called Summerbush State. This would make Summerbush grow from only a small town to the entire server shared by multiple factions!

Around the 15 of April 2016, Loxtonjoel joined a server called "pandahut #10" I found my way around very, very well and made a lot of friends very quickly. Starting off at the bottom of the table I made my money by selling building supply's to the people of Washington, dreaming of spending my riches one day. One big job I rember to this day is when I built Apples his sky base and there server resetting the next day (lol). Once I had the foundations I started a community run RP Town, although this idea wasn't well taken by the community and it lacked the development and money to keep it stable. I had lots of thoughts of what to do next but the main one was Apartments as I felt the server had a direr lack of accommodation. This I put into motion the next weekend, as I rember this a lot of people brought these and I made a considerable amount of money to start the next big project of mine. This project was just pure amazing and it brought the server together (for the time being) I had lots of donations (top being ones Apples and Electronic), this was pure amazing and if I hadn't revived these donations I would not have got above the 3rd floor. In the end it ended up at around 11-13 floors which was complete insane and it was only a amount of time before it got raided (which it did lol). After the monthly reset of #10 we started out again this time aiming for higher and better town, in the end it killed everyone's computers going into the area (trolololol). In the end rag reset the building and we all had a laugh. To this day I try to bring more and better RP experience the server and with every big project the server has a better and stronger bond to the community! I strive to make Unturned Pandahut RP the best RP server there is in Unturned and with every next day we achieve more and more!
