i love the server but if i join he says ''the server and the queue are full'' of someting like that but the server is not full there are 22/24 players online help me if you now how to fix this maybe the MOD can fix this

All the servers have 2 slots reserved to donators and staff members. So when you see that the server shows 22/24 players, if you are not a donator, then it's full.
