hello there as you all know by now jackalots stepped down as mayor and gave me the position.
anyways the reason for this post is from now on base owners are expected to pay a small fee based on your BASE SIZE.i believe this will improve RP more and reduce the server lag.Rich players such as VIP+ and above has a lot of bamboo so they tend to build huge bases and it causes much lag for players. I believe with this new method it might make RP'ing a little better :)

Seems unfair to beginners who have little to no money to build/establish a base. This could reduce the lag on RP servers but it is very, very hard to enforce this rule without it being published in the rules.

I think a good way to implement this rule would be to make it so people only have to pay if their base exceeds a current size. And the price scales depending on how much it exceeds that limit.

I've changed the payments to once every week. Everyone is complaining about this rule because you guys don't want to pay. What you don't understand is that it's better for roleplay. Also I don't keep the money for myself so don't get the idea that I'm keeping it last night I gave 25k to josh to build police stations etc.

You may protest, as long as there's no kos and no rules are broken, you may protest. Police may step in for crowd control.

If you want to pay the bill each month then your down to pay the total for how long your house has been up at the end of the month so most likely around 15-25k per base per month.. I think it's what ever it's a good way to regulate base sizes. I'm just having trouble being online at the same time Raheem is so I can pay him.

Just a question but how do you expect a non-donator to pay 15-25k per month?
