I 100% respect your decision. Everyone is like a sibling to me, I care about all of you. And as Rag said, I have a soft heart. I believe in second chances and it hurts me when I have to permanently ban someone, especially if it is someone I know or have talked to recently. It is really difficult, but then you just have to. We can't be biased, weather its our friend, family or better half.
