We usually allow perm weapon change but don't abuse it and start requesting a change of weapons 7 times a week, in order to request for a perm weapons change go to the following sub-forum : http://pandahut.net/forums/viewforum.php?f=11 and make a topic there with your steamid64 and what weapons you wish to have changed and what to.
