It was not Loxton who built the second apartments. After the first one was raided by a now good friend of mine, Burnt Toast ( i hated him until i got to know him.) Loxton only funded the building i made, I found out about the destruction when people started coming to me for refunds and i'm pretty sure after building/refunds/loot lost it costed almost a million bamboo,even though a sign in the building said no refunds i still gave them.
But for what its worth i had fun and i met a lot of good people along the way there, even if it meant bankruptcy for me and Loxton.

To answer your question Mason, It simply gets destroyed by an admin. If it gets too big, boom, its gone without warning and you will be left to pick up the pieces, including angry people, moderators, and admins demanding compensation because its apparently your fault.
You get no refunds, no compensation, nothing.
Careful what you build.

I am not mad at anyone as i did make it way to big. I had to satisfy the constant amount of people trying to buy a room while juggling all the police cars everywhere from smileys police station. It was only me running it until Loxton tried to hire people and only a couple people hired actually helped me (Apples, Polar, Gold, and another i forgot). Every time i logged on people wanted me so instead of kicking people out or halting sales of rooms i kept building and i kept selling, i couldn't finish the town hall, the airport, or anything. Just those apartments, people still ask me for freaking refunds today.
