-You need more info on why you want the rank in the first place.
-Fix your steam 64 id/add it in.

Yea I agree with Loxtonjoel, it seems that you only took a minute to finish this. And everyone I'm pretty sure "Everyone" didn't give you permission to apply. And have you been a chef? Deputy? You can't take a long step to captain form RCMP and by what you wrote -1.

You have been to many times? If we get a Chief/Deputy/Captain (I Don't know what your applying for really) who is not even able himself to know the rules, he'll be running arround arresting people for: "Dutchy is being arrested by Angrypork for: I Don't like him" We dont wan't that do we?

This is just a post from a person who played RCMP for 1 or maybe 2 hours and was like: "I Should apply for the highest possible rank like right now, people wont mind"
