Hello guys, as most of you most likely know, Raheem has passed down his Mayor to me. As the new mayor I will be happy to listen to all players and their thoughts and ideas. One thing I would like to make clear is that I will not be funding any role that is not RCMP. You will not find a mayor that will fund anyone and everyone so honestly don't complain. Reasons for police to be funded would include police bases, important police vehicles when needed, and so on. Do not ask me for funding just because you want money or you want to have fun in a brand new shiny helicopter. I want to make the server less laggy and make it enjoyable for all. If you have ideas, come and tell me! I have some new laws I will be putting into effect to reduce lag, make things organized, and lastly to allow everyone to have a good time. Here are the new laws:
1. Stratford will be a no zombie town. Houses will be pre-made and will be rentable, for a certain amount per day depending on the building. One building per person. All building will be made and rented for players, no custom buildings in Stratford. You may be able to work with the mayor to design it a little bit. If you would like a building you must contact the mayor. Failure to follow this law can result in an eviction in Stratford. This money will be used to fund police stations and other police expenses.
2. The Maximum base size is 3x3x3. This means 3 long, 3 wide, and 3 high. Failure to comply with this will result with a sign stating that you have 24 hours to fix this. If it is not fixed after 24 hours your base will be destroyed. This is to limit lag and allow space for people to breath. The CEO base size maximum is 4x4x6. Same rules apply to this limitation. This is done only to reduce server lag and make everything better.
3. Bases in RP towns must be approved by the mayor. I know many of you guys probably are like "Ohhhhhh No! What The Fing Heck Man!!! This Mayor Sucks!" None of us will like this law, I realize okay. But would you rather kindly asking me to build a base or have the server lagging to hell and make it stressful to play. I will not be biased in decisions, I don't care if I hate you, as long as you ask you will most likely be allowed to build a base. Believe me, this law is only to better the server. Failure to comply will result in the same punishment as Law #2. A sign stating 24 hours and then after 24 then it will demolished. If you have a base made already please just come inform me so I can mark it and we know that it is not a law breaker, just a base made before the law.
4. There will be 3 RP towns in PEI :
