I give it a negative 1 mainly it's almost inposibal to maintain a good rep mainly I've seen players with negative 300 rep to 600 and lastly that's what I've seen on most players now is negative rep due to resisting arrests and robs and the kidnappings as well as people killing a robber who is robbing some one they don't know

This idea could be a good idea if one of the dev's made a plugin so you don't gain/lose rep if the person you kill/heal is in a robbery/raid/kidnap/etc. fairly.

Example:
Shadokat: Neutral, 0 rep. Cop
(Walks into a raid and, as sudath says, becomes a straight g and bang bang and everyones dead, gains -50 rep)
Shadokat: Outlaw, -50 rep, cop

Shadokat: Villain, -500 rep, Doctor
(Heals someone robbing/raiding/kidnapping/etc. and gains no rep)
Shadokat: Villain, -500 rep, Doctor
