If the server would be merged with the same staff as the other rp servers then it'd be doable although OP's idea sounds more like a fantasy to me, having managers running grocery stores? What about those that raid it and people will not have the resources to make it back, what happens when those people in charge are offline? Who can feed the people? As for the removal of tpa we could do that but that'd require us to always have drivers on as a lot of people rage quit when they have to walk for so long. There's a lot of things that may not work although there's a lot that could too, I believe if we have a conversation privately we can look furthermore into this although you need to understand not everything will work out as we want it to because there's a lot of people that will do their best to ruin the experience in ways that we cannot punish.
