Is RP more important than the community? It hurts literally nobody to cut down 6 trees and build a base. I should know my last computer got 12fps in single player PEI and all but deforesting the map did nothing to me.

Look shadowviper, the permit will allow it so that you will buy a permit to build a house, which will be dirt cheap, and it will reduce lag from building. And by the way, it won't be a problem to most paying a small fine to build when you get like 10 bamboo each zombie you kill! It will also refuse the amount of small huts and will have almost no noobs building a triangle base.
