Would a cop driving a cop car get put under the speeding thing if they are in a high speed chase

I'm thinking police should be allowed to speed without a ticket, otherwise they wouldn't be able to pursuit a speeding vehicle. We could make it so they need to be in a cop car and with their sirens on in order to not receive a speeding ticket.

Maybe make it so they can get arrested when speeding when an arrest isn't on/rob/kidnap/raid/etc. Also, what about undercover cops, such as the FBI in their black jeep things?
