It is hardcore RP, in the rules it says do NOT go out of character in world chat! That was enough warnings for you to be banned which is your fault. If you need an administrator/moderator please pm one.

The problem with that is people don't always know the name of the moderators currently on the server, so they don't know who to /pm.

To be banned for 3 hours you need to get warned over 7 Times (I believe) and so for you not to learn your lesson from several warnings for either Caps/Spamming/Failing to keep chat RP is slightly ridiculous. You should of known that if you need an Admin you PM one in chat, i believe that the staff are working on a plugin to allow players to know who are moderators.
