Why were you arrested and what do you say that you were falsely arrested?
You are able to use the Rights and Constitutional Laws in this Testimonial Court of Justice, including the 5th amendment, which gives someone the right to remain silent. Eli Satlof, citizen of Seattle, has accused R.P.H.D., main police group of Seattle, for false arrest. Also, as for the 6th amendment, I'd like someone to post on here how long is an Unturned year in relation to real life. 1 hour = 2 mins. 1 day = 48 mins.
Ex:
Unturned Day = 5 Mins irl
This is to make sure that this person has a speedy trial. In the United States Constitution, 6th amendment, it says that the trial of court may not be 1 year older than when the crime/accusation was commited.
Ex:
I murdered Eli Satlof on December 3rd. My local court, in this case the Seattle court, has until December 3rd, 2017 to lawfully take me to a testimonial trial to judge if I am guilty or not of the murder that I have been accused on by Choi Kook. The head of the court, Dutchy, takes me into trial on December 5th, 2017. I ask them to read the 6th amendment (thanks Wikipedia), and Dutchy is dropped from the position of Judge and I am free of charges. Unless I admit to the murder of Eli.
Edit: 12 days and 4 hours IRL = 1 unturned year
