Your RPHD needs better training, i was involved in a kidnap and it was 2 vs 5-6, all of them were destroyed before they even entered the building. Most players died 2-3 times before i "Allowed" them to re-gain their loot, in the end they paid off the ransom. The second time there was around 8-9 Police officers including on of your captains Kok chooi and they managed to enter the building this time in an attempt to rescue the mayor however they did loose around 3-4 officers before taking us out, they did us good tactics like smoke and grenades but they ultimately failed with kill to kill ratio. I myself removed around 12+ Officers in one night during 2 kidnaps.

This being one of the reasons why I've begun to think about formal PVP training for RPHD officers. However, due to the massive lag on Pandahut, it makes it almost impossible to actually use that training. Also, civilians on Pandahut 10 need to grow a deeper respect for the police force. They are only trying to do their job and when civilians shut out the police force and say "Fuck the police!" then it gives us the incentive not to respond to their robberies, kidnappings, raids etc. Oh, I forgot Agent! The only reason why you killed 3 COPS, was because one of them (ItzRefuze) called rescue without the permission of higher ups (me) and ended in his and my death. As we went to retrieve out loot peacefully, we were mercilessly mowed down without regard. I am currently trying to get the mayor to fund more training facilities for RPHD officers. I am also implementing the use of Wall-to-Wall tactical training in our daily raid responses. This being the reason why mistakes such as this will never EVER happen again.

If you see a bandit group in seattle and someone next to them doing illegal what will you do?: Call for Police assistant using the Police Radio or via walkie talkie. When backup has arrived we will proceed in arresting the criminal.
If you see a berry farm inside of a base, what will you do?: I would take note of the base's location, take a screenshot and then will instantly contact a Police Captain for a raid.
If there is a hostage situation what will you do?: I would call for backup if I knew the location, I would try to negotiate with the kidnapper to try and get the hostage released safely. If not we will position ourselves into areas where we can take out the kidnapper and hopefully keep the hostage alive.
If there is a raid situation what will you do?: Call for Backup and set up counter positions to take out the raiders of the base, if needed we will breach into the base to remove the raiders.
If you see a robbery what will you do?: I would alert all officers (Or ask them where it is) and I would proceed to taking out the robber
If you see a drug deal occurring what will you do?: Alert all officers via radio, wait for backup to arrive and arrest both individuals.

Describe in 100 characters why should the R.P.H.D accept you [50 characters minimum] I do play RP alot i mean alot i do play as swat most of the time and i buy heli's for the squad memebers when i need to. I try to do my best to serve justice. I play RP 3-4-5 hours on RP every day. i did seen alot of raids,kidnaps,etc
i do alwys play as a swat and i think i do the job well. I usually Rescue. not rob but i do rob people time to time. I think i would be great for the job. And i always give 3 warnings no matter what.

Describe in 100 characters why should the R.P.H.D accept you [50 characters minimum]: I am a hard worker when it comes to what I am doing, being persistent and wanting to get the job is just how I am. As well I am always on and I ALWAYS want to help the citizens of the map. I can work deligently with the police force and I can even help out the newer members to make the server a safer and better place.

If there is a hostage situation what will you do?: Contact a higher up to raid/breach the building the hostage is in and rescue him.
If there is a raid situation what will you do?: I would mostly if alone try to gain a higher position on the map so I can try to scope out the raiders and eliminate them.

Describe in 100 characters why should the R.P.H.D accept you [50 characters minimum]: I believe that I have the experience as a cop as I have put 100+ hours into the game as one. I was a member of the SMS so I have experience in a police group and am currently in a police group TBT(Tactical Blue Team) but unfortunately the members are somewhat inactive which is why am I applying now.
Experience:I have put around 100+ hours into Pandahut 80% of that being police around a year ago but lost interest in the game and have recently started playing again.
Previous bans: I do not remember from my time around a year ago but I remember getting banned for kos(shot a car which ended up exploding someone).

Depending on how close the bandit group is I may try and ask him to follow me to a separate position and arrest him there.
If you see a berry farm inside of a base, what will you do?: I will immediately contact a Chief if on and schedule a raid.
If there is a hostage situation what will you do?: Try and group together remaining police officers and breach the area and kill the kidnapper.
If there is a raid situation what will you do?: I will do everything in my power to stop it. I almost never leave a raid untouched unless there are no other police on and I am greatly outnumbered.
