On Pandahut RP 13, I was raiding with my friends ComputerFan and Phamus. They were killed and I surrendered. However, the police treated me with a great degree of hostility. I also noted the violation of DUE PROCESS which is stated under the Constitution.(Due process is the legal requirement that the state must respect all legal rights that are owed to a person. Due process balances the power of law of the land and protects the individual person from it. When a government harms a person without following the exact course of the law, this constitutes a due process violation, which offends the rule of law.) When I was arrested, the officers yelled at me which confused me. They also failed to read me the Miranda Rights which are required under the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution. When police officers question a suspect in custody without first giving the Miranda warning, any statement or confession made is presumed to be involuntary, and cannot be used against the suspect in any criminal case. Therefore, any evidence discovered as a result of that statement or confession will likely also be thrown out of the case. Officers who violate the Fifth Amendment are subject to fines, suspension or even criminal charges. In Unturned, I currently have a condition called CANTHEARYAITIS which prevents me from listening to things unless I see them in chat. They did not give sufficient warnings in world chat to allow me to comply. When we got to the station, the officers were unspecific using warnings such as "get in" "get out" which only centered on my disability. Also, after I was put into the cell, I said the well known phrase: "I KNOW MY RIGHTS" to which a reply came from an arresting officer saying "Block people such as you do not have rights!" I found this event to be a violation of the Constitution which we hold dear as the supreme law of the land. The great injustices exhibited by the DPD only show what law enforcement on Pandahut 13 has become: sloppy, lawless, blood thirsty, abusers of power, etc. I only ask that for reparations, 50k be paid, to show an example to Pandahut that presents the prevention of the abuse of power as their top priority. ^ Not only that, but unless something has changed PEI does not have a court system. Unless the one dutchy started counts as a global rp court system, you can't sue yet. I am looking into starting a court system on 13, but we would have to abide by Canadian law.

i only showed you a hard time because you gave me and my officers a hard time by making us warn you for every little thing that was necessary such as (You didnt give me a warning to get in that room, You didint give me a warning to get out, You didnt warn me to move this direction, You didnt warn me to follow this person) I take this as a reason just to annoy us and not RP with the situation that happen. You give me a hard time im giving you a hard time Respect for Respect. You are the only person who has given me a hard time like because i feel you have the only intent to annoy me, how ever you did say that and i quote "This is why i never let you be a R.P.H.D. on 10 because you're a terrible cop". If you so want 50k because you were given a hard time by police officers so be it, btw The Robot Guy said the things about "Block people dont have rights" i have spoke to him and informed him of what was wrong with that and he will not do it again.

I never gave information regarding the RPHD or members of the RPHD(Miranda Rights post) also I had you warn me because it is DUE PROCESS. It is required in the Canadian as well as American constitution. "The Canadian justice system guarantees everyone due process under the law. Our judicial system is founded on the presumption of innocence in criminal matters, meaning everyone is innocent until proven guilty." (From the Canadian Government Home Page) Also, the enforcement of HARDCORE RP gives justifies my actions to an even greater extent.
