In Canada its more complicated, and the “arrest caution” varies from police force to police force and from province to province. This is a typical example;

You have the right to retain and instruct counsel without delay.

if you do not have your own lawyer.
Anything you say can be used in court as evidence.
Do you understand? Would you like to speak to a lawyer?
Under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms a person has the right;
to be informed promptly of the reasons therefor;
to retain and instruct counsel without delay and be informed of that right;
to have the validity of the detention determined by way of habeas corpus and to be released if the detention is not lawful.
That's canadian rights, Also pandahut does not stress that we even have to say nor use any part of the constitution,If this is placed in the cops rules i can understand this post Otherwise this post is irrelevant . This is not IRL its a game thats not put this into effect

Also, this is the reason why I am suing the RCMP due to the violation of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. I am also suing for the denial of habeas corpus due to groundbreaking issues in the case.
