We do not intend to make bandits pay for robberies and kidnappers pay for kidnapping etc. But instead jail time like its suppose to be, but set in stone. They do not have to pay money if they are found guilty of robbing, just serve the time. The only time money will be involved is suing, which is still a work in progress.

We are already giving people jail time for comitting robberies, kidnappings and raiding. All this plan is doing is adding a new element of RP into the game.
Making the punishments more severe will lead to people actually not going arround town screaming: "Selling Berries" or "Fuck Cops". People will actually think twice before raiding a base and will think twice about robbing that guy with the nice clothing and think twice about kidnapping the mayor.

As i see it now a bandit can raid and rob all he want and get 4K profit and going to jail for what? 5 Minutes?

And wich it stated in the post every single person who wishes to sue someone will have to fill in a format wich will be looked into by the Judges of #13 and #10.
And as said this is a suggestion wich is not fully done. I am just suggesting it. Do not expect it to be fully done yet.

He was sentenced to 1 hour in jail. He serves 15 minutes in bars and spends the rest of the 45 minutes outside, but monitored to make sure he doesn't do anything illegal. You can, again, decide upon yourselves what is the limit to the amount of time of the sentence needed to apply for parole.)
