Role#1: Hostage. This role would've used by ppl who have been taken as a hostage. This person can do one thing and that is do what a hostage does. Only hostage takers are permitted to tell ppl to switch to this role to show they are a hostage.
Role#2 hostage taker. The hostage taker an only take hosteges and make demands with them. I think they should be able to talk in caps so police can response quickly. Hostage takers can ask for demands and shot hostages if demands not met. SWAT are allowed to go in and attack but they must be careful. Hostage takers can also shot hostages if they disobey them in any ways after third warning. Hostage takers will have a auto gun, BanDit kinda armor, and that's it.They can only start a hostage situation. Pls tell if I should add stuff or change stuff. Thx.

P.S Bandits can only start a hostage situation every 2 hours so not too many ppl are captured.

I think bandits should just have the privilege of taking hostages with handcuffs and such.

This would require removing the role change timer, and I doubt Rag is gonna do that.

And a Bandit can take Hostages. Just not exactly sure what they would get for letting the hostage go.....
