Hey, I'm making a role play server LavaFlow #2 [Roleplay] [Kits] [Admins] and I need help with how you guys do your roleplay. Can I get the link to the plugin that allows players to have certain roles? I think it's awesome!

It is a custom plugin that is not for sale. There is a plugin called "jobs" which can bought for 10 Dollars.
