So, recently, I was thinking about RPHD, and how we needed some sort of organized role to counter them. Then I came up with this idea!

Rebel/Militia

Thoughts-
-VIP+ or MVP role, as to keep unexperienced players out of it
-A official group for this role, similar to RPHD
-Possibly higher ranks for Rebels
-This role could possibly make for more complicated RP situations, like large scale raids, organized kidnappings, and possibly even change who is in control of the server! (Government or Rebellion)
-Raids may only be done when a high ranking "Rebel Leader" is online to supervise everything.

Abilities-
-Robbing - May only rob Police or the Mayor as a display of rebellion
-Raiding - May only raid publicly known Police bases, as a display of rebellion
-Kidnapping - May only kidnap Police or the Mayor and may not request items or bamboo in exchange for the hostage. Only can request changes to the law for a set period of time
Ex- A Rebel is kidnapping a police officer. When the negotiation team arrives on the site, the Rebel requests that berries be made legal for 4 hours.
-A Rebel may also use any of his abilities on any player who speaks against the "Rebellion"

Conditions For Abilities and Other Players-
-Police must type rescue in chat to kill the kidnapping rebel, as with the normal kidnapping role.
-Non-Rebels may not assist in any robberies, raids, or kidnappings.
-Kidnapping as this role can only be done should a high rank police officer be online, otherwise there is no one to accept the negotiation terms.
-Should kidnapping terms be met by a high rank police officer, they are to be announced in chat by either the high ranking police officer or a staff member.

Gotta agree with Dutchy. Bandits aren't like police one bit. That one scene in the Dark Knight proves this. (If you haven't watched it go do it.)

I was trying to lean more on the idea of a rebellion than I was just random bandits teaming together.

I just feel like we need an opposite to the RPHD

This is a good idea its for like Swat and Other roles as in a doctor i think they should add new ranks As a Swat base. As R.P.H.D is really for Police,PoliceOfficers,Deputys,Mayors,Cheifs,Captains I would like to see a swat one Like Enforcer--Swat=Regular swat memeber Sgt=Swat Sgt for to control the swat where they go A Charger=As if someone with a battering ram Sadly they dont have that in unturned so use a dragonfang or a nykorev. HeavyDuty= Swat Clothes A Dragonfang a Det and a Charge .

I think if this is ever going to be a role I think it would be MVp+ rank. Kinda how the swat rank is, this rank will be a higher up but can you explain the features this role might have?

Love it, should 100% be looked at by admins.
It can make a big war and stop raiding a little bit and also makes it fun. way raid a base if theres no action.... BORING i think its a great idea.

I was thinking that it would be similar to police in the way that the militia does not intend to specifically target civilians but instead they are fighting for changed, so each of these actions are restricted to hire I explain them-

-Raid bases that are known to be owned by police/mayor/judges.

-Capture police/mayor/judges in exchange for the release of an incarcerated militia member.

-Capture characters that speak out against the militia/rebellion until they are freed by police

-Many other things, for the moment I am just brainstorming.

Also, considering that I was hoping for something similar to the star wars rebellion, I think higher rank role would make this idea several times better
