So this is a bunch of things, that need to be fixed and or added to help make the Police of PEI/Washington better!

(Police improvements/Bandit)
Handcuffing/Cable ties: Recently we have noticed a lot of players exploiting this. Basically players will do a animation cancel to remove themselves out of the surrender mode. And pull out a gun. And kill you.
How to improve this: Roleplay wise, this can be understandable for a player to jump, or lay down to avoid being cuffed once. Since in real life, you can do something similar to avoid cuffing. To improve this we need to limit the use to what they can do during cuffing. Example, if they do this exploit once, that is fine. Since RP wise it makes sense. However after cuffing them again and they do it. It should be consider FailRP.[/list]

Arresting range/checkplayer range/Robbing range: We've notice that if a player who's a veteran. And knows how police work with /checkplayer. They will run away when one walks close by. Since when we get next to them to /checkplayer, and they start to run. A example of this. Is I did /checkplayer to see if they had Licensed weapons. And the person didn't, but he knew and started running. I couldn't arrest because after I type it. He would be to far, and I can't copy/paste it because I have the World chat RP message to send. Do you see the issue?
How to improve:
Simple, make the range bigger for both of these. After testing we found out it's roughly 12ish meters. Making it 20+meters would be a lot better to help prevent this.

Raid zone limit: There is a lot of killing that goes on when a raid is called. A lot of people either don't know where it is at and die. Or didn't see it get called and die. Since there's no rule saying how far away you can shoot someone. You can call a raid and have a sniper kill people from across town, and be fine.
How to improve: To improve this, either make a set Meter range of how far the raid zone is. So 100m-50m, would be perfect. There can be a red outline at the raid callers location showing where the area is.

Cooldown on buying cars:
This is something I see a lot. Police will buy cars left and right to get to there destinations. And this can be spread to everyone. There's a thing people do to get on a base, and avoid raiding it normally. What they do, is buy a car get in it, buy another. And do this till you're on top of the base.
How to improve: Simple again, add a 1minute or longer/shorter timer.

SWAT NEED SNIPERS: They need the ability to buy snipers! <3

Anouther improvement is when you have put your hands up you are unable to lower them until the cop has fully cuffed you. This would be breaking RP and is ban able offence.

I usually go by the rules, if the police are shooting at you and you can identify who is shooting at you then you have permission to shoot, regardless of the range. Because this can be easily abused by going outside the raid zone after you have shot the raiders.
