I got banned recently 2 mins ago after i posted this.So here it is im quiet confused as i have been doing this dozen of times aswell other people who had become mods But got ban by this ,is this a new rule?
So here what happended
i robb a dude gave him this warning in world chat=
Hands up dont run or pull out agun,comply and u survive(warning 1)
He ran away to alberton to the people so they can kill me so i kill him and mod tp and said thats breaking the rules and said u have to give 3 warning then u may kill him.
So i have to wait 20 more secs before i get killed?
That doesn't make sense ,in real life if u get rob u get rob and anything u do anything stupid u die.And why does this not apply to the svr aswell?(normal rp)?
As i have said im rather confused on this topic esalon done this and killed a dude when he ran/pulled out a gun
or is this a new rule which have been implemented? which i can't find.

See I know that's part of the rules, but it just doesn't make sense... I don't think the victim should have 30 seconds to run away. Once a victim starts running they are obviously trying to escape. So, once the victim does start running that is when the robber should have to give only 1 final (10 second) warning for the person to stop running. After that they may shoot to kill.

Ya like if someone ran from me I killed them jean was on and he didn't care and a mod said why you killl him I said I told him not to run and I didn't get ebbed the warnings are kinky

You got banned for 15min to read the rules and I'm going off of the rules some staff don't enforce this but I'm not going to ignore the warning system

The warning system is clear on the rules page, you MUST give them 3 warnings to kill the person, there are times like when they pull a gun out when you can instantly kill but those times are clarified in the rules, we never specified you can kill them if your victim runs away so obviously you cannot do it. where is the point of robbing someone if they can evade the ron easily? even if i say in the 1st warning "don't run" i giv that person 20 secs to run away (with the other 2 warns every 10)? he can run to make ppl kill me? and if he runs into a base? running away should be insta-kill reason. + not all the mods have the same POV about thi condition some say it's ok and some others ban you for KOSx1 = 1day. please add a rule for this this same situation i happening with other rules and ppl take not specified rule as an advantage

Your first warning is in world chat the rest can be in voice during and rob/arrest/kidnapping I have chased poeple down telling them to stop running from an arrest or they get shot
For the most part your first warning needs to be in world or area

This is not what his complaint is about, he simply doesn't like having to give 3 warnings while someone runs away.

Second:

Please stop spreading misinformation. Your first warning does not have to be in world chat. Please do not make up rules.
