There isn't exactly a specific time on the servers, but if you need a number I've seen anywhere from 100-150 hours on pandahut at the soonest. Age plays a factor, and how well you handle yourself on the server. If people notice you helping out a lot, that helps.
Honestly, just help people out, keep the community friendly and healthy. Anyone has any questions, try to answer it for them. Of course you don't have to do it every time someone asks a question. It's also very helpful to be knowledgeable of the servers and the rules, not just the RP server. Good Luck when the time comes.
