a player types /warps
this will show the list of warps
then that player with do /warp (location)
and that player has to wait 10 seconds without moving to warp
the suggested warps should be license shop and rp town (main town in the server, alberton fro #13 and seattle for #10)

I think this is a bad idea due to the fact that it makes vehicles somewhat useless and it somewhat breaks rp. I think in my own opinion it should not be added.

Although it would be helpful to get to alberton/seattle, this would ruin RP as it is unrealistic. Now if we could somehow add a trainmod/engineer role, ( possibly RP#3 idea ) that would be a way for travel.

The engineer role would probably be a role you would have to apply for.
