So I've noticed that some police are helping bandits in raid. So for instance, if two of these people were in the same group and one was police and one was bandit the police can also kill people in the kos zone to.

As Dutchy stated this could be FailRp if both players (Cop and Bandit) are in the same group, anyone caught in the same group doing this will be banned for FailRP.
