Hello Guys

Introduction
As some of you older staff/players may remember that months back there was a massive building on #10. This glorious building was called Summerbush Apartments. It being the trading point of the server and being very popular within the community. Eventually with all the buildings around it and the main building it self it caused a curruption in the barricades file and in turn anyone who went past the clothing washer to crash and not be able to get on the server. Rag cleared the server asap and we all had a good laugh.

Now
In bringing back the good old days I'm sharing the love to #13 :>. The building will be opening in a couple days so stay tuned. There is apartments for all types of CIVS ranging from 2.5k to 35k currently. There is also a bar with a professional chef to man it. We currently have 2 staff but we are planning on hiring more to man the building. We also have a minimum wage act that has been put in place for equal pay etc among the workers.

Safezoned?
This is the question I will most likely be asking Queen. The building will hopefully be Safezoned with these following plans. Absolutely no buildings are allowed on that island or on the water behind it, except for those approved by the admins. All robbing and or arresting is allowed on and off the island so be careful!

I still remember Summerbush as i was the one who /wreck ed it haha. As for safezone-ing, every base owned by players must be raidable. According to Queen herself in a steam message to me.

There for by going by it. One apartment is equal to one house. There for you can only call a raid on one apartment e.g /raid "Summerbush apartment 15"

anyways i dont even know how you get other previous 2 to be safezoned but gg do remember though if someone calls a raid an they use an RPG you can say goodbye to the building.
