I think we should Raise the overall cost of berries as long as the Jail time to go with it. If we raise the cost more people will want to grow them, if we raise the Jail time people won't want to be caught so they will have to think about how to go about it. This could make for some interesting RP situations between Police and Criminals, maybe more Police Raids and such.

The price of berries depends on who is selling them, different people have different prices it can't really be controlled, unless a full rule is put in place but I highly doubt that. Again there's no real jail time for players however most groups or well known parties on PandaHut make a sort of Police guide that give a suggested Jail Time for each offence. You can make your own up just don't go over the top like 30 mins in Jail is restricting players from playing the game.
