My opinion about the server is the police force it's too powerful,just think about it man.
Just look:
-Police Officer/RCMP
-Police Captain
-Police Deputy
-Police Swat
-Police Chief
-Mayor(this role helps the police,read about it if you don't trust me)

I think there are too many roles about the POLICE FORCE
Just think about the little bandits,they have to steal to feed their family(like me).
Bandits may /rob OR /rob assist once at every 15 mins,police can /arrest and /arrestassist every time they want
Bandits can be killed by ANYONE during the robbery and this is not great
I saw yesterday when a small group of bandits(3 friends) tried to do a raid.Guess what,about 8 police officers came to the raid and kill them.
